Save Wiki Library as a Template in Sharepoint 2010

When going into Library Settings on a Wiki Library Template, I noticed the “Save Library as Template” option was missing.

Found a workaround by changing the URL in this way:
Change the “listedit.aspx” filename in the URL to “savetmpl.aspx” instead…

Unlock the SharePoint site using Powershell command

if your SharePoint site locked, then use the below Powershell command to unlock. Note: Lock means your site will be disabled all actions (creating new item, library/list settings, limited site action menu etc.,) even if you are site collection administrator. if you try to add another user as site collection administrator using powershell/central administrator, then will get the following error. this error because of SharePoint Lock. The "Upgrade available" simply means that there is a newer patch available at the SharePoint Updates page than the one installed on your SharePoint farm.
